Component transfer using a product-specific workpiece carrier system (WPC system) on a separate carrier
Removal of the carriers with film conductor tracks Scara robot and feeding to crimping machine
Camera inspection of the position of the film conductor tracks and transfer offset to Scara robot
Scara robot positioning of component during each crimping process
Checking the crimp force for each process
Deposit together with carrier on the WPC system and ejection of the finished components
