Lasermarking oil sump

• automatically sealed laser marking system for marking a DMC code on a car oil sump, including thread inspection

• loading of the laser marking system by linear IMM handling

• integrated 20W marking laser

• quality inspection of the marked DMC code

• transfer handling (SCARA-robot) removes the oil sump from the laser area and positions the component on a thread testing device

• optical thread inspection

• removal of the tested component and placement on conveyor belt by transfer handling
